Sean Carroll is an innovative international development executive with 30 years' experience working in 65 countries in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. A Senior Executive (SES) in the Obama Administration, he was Chief of Staff and COO at USAID, a 9,500-person agency with 84 country missions. He has expertise in technology for development, eLearning, youth, gender, inclusion, and democracy and has a Masters degrees from Johns Hopkins/SAIS and Georgetown University.

Mustafa has over 16 years of experience developing and implementing media content for some incredible clients such as Sunrise, the Discovery Channel, Stanford University, the ACLU, Save the Children and The World Bank .

Mustafa is an Atlantic Fellow at the George Washington University and has a Masters (MSc) in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics UK.
